Candy Stripers was a softcore horror/porn movie that played in C-string movie channels like Starz. This and Alien Erotica were gateway movies into the squick side of mind control.

I always just assumed the title I would see around porn sites was just people being unable to spell, I never knew that was the actual title.

Candy Stripers, in this context, is another name for volunteer hospital worker. Basically, the movie is about an alien who attacks and infects someone (as a parasite) somewhere in a field, then the infected gets sent to the hospital, the alien then infects a sexy volunteer hospital worker through oral contact (hence the image here), who then spreads the infection to other doctors and others who are getting treated, and then the movie is the remaining survivors trying to survive in a now quarantined hospital.
