To deal with the "when to switch panels" problem I've added a little arrow at the end of each animation as a marker & mostly fixed the erratic colours
So suuuper late response, but I couldn't see the arrow even after several watchthroughs. Maybe have a 2-5 second fade to black effect on the panels when they end? Or a have it be one of those powerpoint spiral transitions if that's possible work whatever tools you made it with.
