Finally, it was time for some sleep. Much-needed sleep. Bagheera was out of energy after a day of care-taking. Sure, it was hard enough keeping someone as high-maintenance as Mowgli both healthy and out of trouble, but he had done that loads of times. The one who was wearing him out was Baloo. Ever since the stupid bear had broken a rib the day before, the panther had been tasked with finding enough food to keep him happy. And with how ravenous the chubby bear’s appetite was, there was virtually no time to take a break. At times, he was tempted to give Baloo less than usual in order to get the bear to lose some weight, but he figured that it was more important that he had enough energy to get back on his feet again once his rib had healed. So, until then, he would have his paws full. All he needed to concentrate on now was getting the most restful night’s sleep he could get. He laid down next to his two sleeping friends and relaxed his tired legs.

Then he heard a sound. At least, one that was different from the usual frog or cricket. It wasn’t loud enough to startle him, but it was loud enough for him to notice. He perked up his ears without opening his eyes or lifting his tired head. There was no reason to get up if he didn’t hear it again. However, then he did hear it again. What was it? Rustling leaves? Baloo or Mowgli? Strong winds approaching? He lifted his head up off the ground to look around, but saw nothing to confirm the source. Finally, he decided to stand up to walk around. After taking a short stroll, spending a few moments of thinking, and scanning the area a couple more times, his face suddenly dropped into an annoyed frown. He knew what it was. It was hissing.

Prepared to get aggressive with the snake, Bagheera still needed to locate him. Thinking of the last place he hadn’t checked, he tilted his head to look straight up. Sure enough, Kaa was right there, and upon seeing him, Bagheera gave him an angry glare.

“Kaa, you’re disturbing my sleep.” he snapped, sitting down and continuing to stare down the snake. “I had a really long day. I don’t want to talk right now.”

“Hmm hmm hmm…” Kaa giggled. “Oh, sssso you’re tired? You know, I can help you go to sssssleep if you want me to.” Without warning, Kaa began using his hypnotic eyes, yellow ring appearing in the left eye, and a blue one in the right eye. After about five rings had passed through each eye, Kaa noticed something unusual. Bagheera was still staring at him with that angry scowl. “Ooofff!” the snake exclaimed as he felt a large paw push his head away violently.

“No thanks, Kaa.” Bagheera answered in a no-nonsense tone. “I’m not stupid. One minute you’re trying to help me sleep, and the next you have me obeying your every word. Your tricks won’t work on me. Now just go away.” The panther then gave a very big yawn, and raised a paw to rub his tired, stinging eyes.

This was Kaa’s chance. He knew after his unsuccessful attempt that he was going to have to catch the panther by surprise and get him to lose focus on what was happening. The best way of doing that was… …he grinned menacingly as the thought came to him. With Bagheera still rubbing his eyes, Kaa lowered his tail and slid it along the ground quickly and stealthily until it was underneath the panther. The he used the tip to lightly tickle between Bagheera’s hind legs. The panther felt the tickling and instinctively lowered his front paws to give his eyes a chance to see what was going on. “Hey! What the hell are you doing!?” Bagheera’s shouted in a loud whisper, not wanting to wake his friends who were sleeping a little distance away. His head shot up to look at Kaa directly. Kaa was smiling down at him, clearly having a different opinion about the situation. “Get off of me, K… …Umpf!” he gasped suddenly, as Kaa’s tail had started stroking underneath the panther’s scrotum. It was a completely new visual experience. Now he was watching two differently colored, differently sized circles, expanding ever so slowly second by second.

To stifle Bagheera’s concetration on resisting, Kaa had continually been stroking and tickling the panther’s sac with his tail, being careful not to be too rough and cause the panther enough pain to interrupt the hypnosis. More than aware of the sensual teasing, Bagheera tried again to tell Kaa to leave. “Kaa, I told to you to get off.” he protested more weakly and slowly, not exactly focused on speech at the moment. Just then, a tiny yellow circle appeared in the center of Kaa’s right, following the blue one from before. “Kaa, please just……….” He stopped speaking as he noticed it. The snake could tell that Bagheera’s focus was fading, and he gave the panther some more rubs for good measure. A breath meant for words escaped the panther’s mouth silently as he watched it expand intently with his left eye.

Then came another surprise. Another circle had appeared in the second eye, and it was…. ….green? Of course, in normal cirmumstances, Bagheera would’ve already known this, but this was anything but normal. This amount of hypnotic color overload was too much for his brain. With Kaa’s constant teasing helping the process, the panther had lost enough concentration that his pupils began to shrink. Smaller… Smaller… Smaller… “Do you like the colorssss, Bagheera?” Kaa hissed.

Bagheera forced out some words in response, still trying to show the strength of his willpower. “N-No… …I want… … you to… l-l-leave. Meanwhile, his pupils were approaching nonexistence. Once they completely disappeared, his eyes remained stagnant for a moment, almost as if he was intentionally keeping the rings from entering his eyes.

Kaa became flustered at this for a moment, but then he noticed something that made his smile return, probably bigger than it had been before. Bagheera’s penis was standing straight up between his legs. Realizing this vulnerability, Kaa was quick to use his tail to gently coil around it a few times. He was ready to break this stubborn panther.
