It's left kind of ambiguous as to what's happening, (is it robotization, is the girl in the hoop skirt under control herself, etc) so I think I'll leave it to others to argue over the exact tags.

ICS does a bunch of one shots, a lot pertaining to transformation - never seen a regular comic, though

Found it from the source link - tran4of3 is drawing the "The Wotch" comic, which has its own site. At least the newest arc - can't tell if the change over time is from developing skill or a change in artists, can't find any mention.
