Character and series tags were a bit off - We do not really differentiate between the different Artorias right now, aside from the original saber alter, and Lancer just links to F/SN lancer.

We need overhaul the Fate tags in general at some point. Fate(Series) is not on a considerable percentage of all the various fate pictures, Astolfo debuted in Apocrypha but is marked (Grand Order) instead, and other such delights can make a search confusing.
