There's a pronoun error at the start. First it's 1st person, then it's 3rd person, than back to 1st person.

I have to say, Kaito, that I think you've succeeded in drawing an image that meets quality standards :D (damnit, this sounds way too elitist when I say it, but I can't find a better way to put it - take it as a compliment, in any case)

If I take out the pinipples and voidgina (:P), nothing really stands out as wrong. Awkward, maybe, but not wrong. You're improving, for sure. Going back to that part about the privates, I think that you really outta practice those, as well. They're what stand out most, to me, as unrefined in this image.
