It's a training subliminal. a little slow, but I definitely recognize it.

The idea is to look through the picture, as opposed to add it. don't try and read anything, just space out in the direction of the picture. Presumably, it'll instill a need to be milked.

its as myrmidon says (although it is relatively fast after you let it lode) it was made for my new pet who was in the chat today she was a lot of fun for all

I did - but I was still able to read it after it hit full speed. I've seen some, usually with an amalgamation of pictures, where it moves so fast I need to let it loop around to read something as short as "submit".

that being said, it's still quite well done, especially considering it's a looping .gif, instead of just random pictures. Not a fan of the spirals, honestly, but still quite nice.
