Henry was asked by the Claus Sisters, Sana and Sata, to deliver the christmas presents to the Naughty kids around Lewd Earth as their father is sick with a virus and can't do it. He grabs 11 elves and put the gifts in a pocket dimension so he can have room for the last two elves and got in the sleigh. The sisters also told him to give out the normal punishment for Nasty kids as they were sure that Henry was able to control his rod size.

Naughty Kids get a lewd present which is what they like the most.

Nasty Kids get a lewd punishment which is what they hate the most.

The Elves are Dark Elves that work for Sana and Sata as Henry just put them under his mind control so that they won't disagree with the idea of being his reindeer and helpers for the sleigh ride.

Not Gerudo, but actual Dark Elves as Gerudo not of the Breath of the Wild Timeline have round ears. Gerudo and Dark Elves do hang out with each other because of their leaders being lovers, Henry and Vonetta.
