Several months have passed since a number of humans were first attacked and converted into Tentalatex Drones. The Brood has been living in secret ever since, with the rest of the world unaware of their existence. Brood Mother, the former human known as Riley, has begun the process of ascending to Brood Queen, after which the assimilation of the nation will truly begin. With its hands and feet beginning to turn green as they gain the capacity to turn into tentacles themselves, a new Brood Mother is required to birth more Drones that wander into their home unconverted. The Drone formerly known as alien Mei-Ling is the Drone selected to become the new Brood Mother Candidate, however, being a former alien male, the Brood Mother formerly known as Riley must first remodel the Drone's body to be fit for birthing people into new Drones.

Specially cultivates tentacles from the Brood Mother's pussy thrust into the Drone's body, pushing through and reshaping the Drone from the inside out.
