Should probably be a full metal alchemist tag, those limbs looks exactly like automail to be honest.

Not to be a scold, but you really should tag the artist. Or put an "artist request" tag if you don't know.

I'm not certain, but I feel like I remember the original of this being black and white, and that the artist was psudonym/psuedofolio. DId the same person that did those recent pics of the girls in the factory add colors to this one too?

Oh, are you the one whose been doing these color jobs? Well this is good work. I like how you've got to the sort greenish shade on her face to look like the light was cast on it.
You know, in pictures like this where the original was black and white and the color was added later, it's often a practice to have the one tag for the original artist like normal, and then another artist tag that's "name(colorist)." You should make yourself one to give yourself the credit.
