I'm about 90% certain that she's supposed to be Hikaru Shidou from MAGIC KNIGHT RAYEARTH, who is a bit of an expy of female Ranma Saotome (except drawn CLAMP-style), but Hikaru has a longer ponytail with a ribbon at the end.

Incidentally, for you Mexicans, MAGIC KNIGHT RAYEARTH = LAS GUERRERAS MAGICAS. (I'm not Mexican nor am I much of a Spanish-speaker beyond what little I know from American SESAME STREET, I just enjoy watching the foreign intros for RAYEARTH.)

The only reason I wasn't 100% sure is that Hikaru is drawn a little older here than she is in the manga or anime (TV series continuity), but she has fairly distinctive hair (if you know what to look for to distinguish her from girl-type Ranma). Plus, her bosom is a lot more ample than that of the junior-high student of RAYEARTH manga/anime canon, but I'll attribute that to her being "older".

I should add that pretty much any fanfiction, fanart or other "fanon" set in the world of the RAYEARTH manga can be considered "canon" in a weird way since Hikaru herself breaks the fourth wall on the very last page, all but inviting the reader to recreate Cephiro, the world of the manga, in their own way including giving the world a new name, with a blank space provided for the reader to write in the name of the new world.

In other words, if you want the new world they're in to be the jungle from Disney's THE JUNGLE BOOK, there's nothing stopping that from being "canon" to you.
