The main character is a healer that was tricked by the princess of the kingdom and the whole kingdom, giving him a drug in order to make him adict and enter into a full obey trance.
The boy was tortured, raped by both male and female knights of the kingdom that wanted his heroic semen for power up reasons, chained on a dungeon and treated as a slave. The main character got serious traumas and went crazy because of that.
The main character eventually goes resistant to the drug and plan his revenge reseting the world with the demonlord and trying to take revenge about what happened. He prepared for that moment and got resistance early, tricking them. 6 months being tortured later, the guy prepare his plan. Torture the princess and raping her, then proceed to brainwash her sealing her memories, forgetting her past and making her believe she's her lover. The main character thinks about shut off the hypnosis once her he ruins the whole kingdom and make her see how she loose everything she cared

I mean, I felt a little bad for her, but after seeing all of that; and the fact that homie went through that twice; I couldn't feel that bad. Didn't agree with what MC-kun did, but I sat there and was like, "I understand." Does that make me a bad person?
I don't think that makes you a bad person. Let's be honest, this character is quite simply evil trash, and given the genre (wallowing in revenge), I doubt we're going to get context that makes pre-brainwashed version a sympathetic character. It makes perfect sense for the guy to do the things he does given the context.
That said, the show is unnuanced power-revenge fantasy, and I worry about anyone that actively enjoys it. And I'm saying that as someone who has been in the hypnokink since the early dial-up days of the web. I'm sorry to those of you who like this show/ LN series, but it just feels like unbridled incel rage the anime (TM).

Why are you worry about them? You know, some people knows how to differenciate reality and fiction. You can even enjoy a book about a serial murder as the main character and there's nothing wrong with you. Otherwise all of those people enjoying Friday 13th movies must to be insane.
There's nothing wrong with enjoy this show, you need to worry instead with people than can't differenciate a fictional character and real life, those peoples are mentlly unstable and influenceable, but that's the person's problem.

Ya know, part of me was hoping I wouldn't have to see this pop up here, but the instant I learned the series involved mind control I just knew it would.
