Obscure fighting game waifu posting time!
Chaos Code is really fun for a budget game, and Cthylla here is the anime magical girl daughter of Cthulhu. Yes I don't get it either but she's fun and also using a double whammy of hypno on you!

It's completely unrelated to both Under Night In-Birth or Melty Blood. The people who made Chaos Code previously made a free fighter called Super Cosplay Wars Ultra.
