Felicia was carrying a strange liquid to help her fellow Nekomatas during the mating season, Ranma saw that giant catgirl and was too scared that ends up entering into cat-fu mode, on it they bumped into the sailor scouts Amy and Makoto, accidentally pouring the liquid on the girls' morphers causing unexpected results.
All the girls but Felicia ended up turned into Nekomatas and the drunk catnip-like aroma of the liquid hypnotize them to think they're cats in heats unable to remember anything else, just meowing and purring started to pleasure each other.
