A part of me hopes that we briefly saw her yokai design because Youko might turn her back into that while battling the heroes in the next chapter and we'll get shenanigans where Wendy has to turn the good guys back to normal as they're corrupted. But I have to admit that that's just plain copium.

I would also hope for something along these lines, it'd be such a waste otherwise. Youko doing something else would be a real kick in the teeth given how wasted the yokai corruptions have been.
