It's from a user on dA named "omegadreamB" (why people are still putting artist names in source and not in tags, I don't understand). However, since most, if not all of that artist's art appears to be traced from other pics, there's no telling what source or sourceS this whole thing comes from.

My intention is not to be an artist, but simply to give an image to my stories and fantasies. If I had one of those tablets to draw on it would be a different story as I can draw quite well with free hand. Both bodies are heavily referenced. The rest is free mouse.

I don't make any money off this, I simply want to contribute to the community. I don't really know much about the art community, but I consider my work mostly a manipulation of sources to achieve an end.

Makes sense. That kind of work is common in this community, with manips and such. We're more interested in the content than the style. ;-) Besides, I think they are quite good.

However, it would be nice if you tagged yourself as an artist when uploading images you created. How do you prefer to be credited?

I had kind of a kneejerk reaction when "trace" was mentioned, but so long as you're not taking credit for the referenced bits or making money off it, I suppose there's nothing wrong with heavily referencing other sources. No different from making manips, really. And it is really well done. :)

Yes, I will start tagging my work with my account. I should probably use my dA account name since its my main media for showing my work, though I appear as omegaDestiny on everything else.

At first, I wanted to simply modify part of the image to give it a hypnotic theme. I found my "manip" to be inconsistent. I figured my style was a good way to give the entire image a consistent style while at least putting in some hard work. As Side said, for me, its mostly about the content. It gives me a visual to fantasies that have always been stuck in my mind. At first it was something I kept for myself, but I was convinced to post it to the public.

it's the same thing as when a musician samples another musician...so its pretty chill imo
