Super Saiyan 3 cutie here. I'm actually gonna make another post with some age regression later. Though I felt like that would be VERY specific so I just wanted to make a more general version. I think I did pretty well.

Edit: Nvm I may get to it eventually.

So is this Califla or a Character Creator Character? I'm guessing the latter since time petroller but I'm just curious.

The source said it was an original character I’m sure based on a Xenoverse Created Character.
Bit of a side note if I could figure out how to get a commission I’d LOVE to get one for one of my characters on Xenoverse. Maybe a few commissions for all the Super Saiyan varieties...

The easiest way is to just ask! Check their profile to see if they're open and just ask for the commission! It's a little awkward starting out but it's a lot of fun commissioning people. Just make sure that you're able to pay the commissioner and you're good to go!

I'm looking into it believe me, as soon as I get my money sorted out in real life I'll start looking into it more seriously.
