If this is the artist I think it is (whose name escapes me atm, but I've seen their gallery before), she's being possessed by just some random, nameless spirit. The spirit itself would be a CPD to allow for possession to occur.

If the effected is happy, it's generally okay to add the happy_trance tag. I mean, it's possible to be possessed and visibly miserable at the same time, so it still serves a purpose.
