Yeah there really should be, I was thinking of adding the "holding_head" tag but it doesn't seem to be used enough to really show what I was looking for

Yes it's definitely hard to describe shortly (sub_restraining_resisting_other_sub might not go off the tongue that well) in a way that also makes it possible to understand what it's about (for example good_sub_conditioning is not exactly clear if you don't know what it's about before).
There is a hypnotized_hypnotist tag already which also describes a sub using hypnosis themselves to enslave further subs for their master, but that's not really the case here.
I think something like restraining_sub might fit here, for any situations where the sub restrains another potential victim, through head holding, ropes or similar things.
