Well, the actual reason was that the commission specified that they should have. But the in-universe reason is pretty simple: Magical sculpting, same reason as why they all have impossibly huge cocks. ^_^ You'll notice that all the girls on the other pic sets have enormous tits and (except for Nott) abs of steel, even though they don't all have that in canon. So all the "dolls" have not only been brainwashed and turned into empty minded playthings, they've also undergone some drastic physical alterations.
