Redo of healer is an odd anime in that the main female heroine is actually a bad guy that has been brainwashed into being a good guy. Most of the time, she has free will still and has simply had her memories altered. But in this particular scene, her brainwashing got cranked to MAX.

Technically, she was always a good guy, but lived in a literal hell of villiany and eventually succumbed to pressure and became evil herself. The Redo on her basically de-brainwashed her of her evil upbringing and replaced it with devotion to her rapist/rape victim.
