Don't get confused by some of the stuff on there. The help files were actually written for Danbooru and there's no easy way to edit them, so there are references to that site and its policies which we don't always follow, as well as a feature or two that may not even exist yet/anymore.
The help files explain the general features a bit more, but you might want to explore <<hypnohub.net/wiki/show?title=help%3Ahome|the wiki>> some as well. Rules and the like aside, the <<hypnohub.net/wiki/show?title=howto%3Ado_everything|how-to>> pages can be particularly good to know.
For the record, if a policy stated in the help files ever conflicts with something on the wiki, then follow the wiki's policy.
