Everyone coming from the tutorial zone must check in before they can enter the game proper and have the town laws uploaded in to their minds to reduce the chances of players breaking laws while in towns. It also finds the best way to subdue them If they are able to resist the laws programed in to their subconscious.

HAO Gemna is the best character on the entire Hypnohub. If you look at the last panel and disagree, I don't want to talk with you.

Also, Gemna at the first panel looks like she broke the fourth wall.
