Surprised by the lack of Rena circulating, I used this woodland beauty to try out a new writing style; third person

WOW that was fast :S
YES there does! I don't think Elsword is big enough in the gaming community, though

Wow, the contrast of the foreground glow and the glowing empty eyes really makes the eyes glow something pretty. I think this is excellently done. Good job!

What do you do to add the foreground/background glows to your manips, anyway? Do you have some sort of special way of doing it, or do you just mess with the blend tool on low opacity?

Thanks! :D
For the glow-like gloss on the eyes and foreground, I made a new layer for each. For the eyes, it was a matter of painting a blob over each eye, cleaning up with an eraser tool and tweaking down the opacity. For the foreground, I usually add a 'fog' effect (On GIMP= Filters>Render>Clouds>Fog), and then reduce the opacity.

I'll have to try this sometime. Thank you. :)
In fact, I have a WIP manip involving an already-glowing (actually not glowing, but rather very bright) background and glowing eyes, so I may try to adopt this method for that.
