Off topic but IMO, Deku is such a boring, generic shounen protagonist. He's so boring in fact its a big reason why I don't even watch this show anymore. You know who is unironically an interesting character and has a story trope that is rarely if ever touched upon tho? Shinso. I know I know, I'm biased because hypno-kink or whatever, but seriously think about it: As far as I watched his whole thing was that he has a quirk that is so inherently related to villainy that everyone automatically assumes he would be a villain. but no, Shinso goes out of his way to prove that he can be a hero even though everyone is biased against him from the start. Now, in my view, that would be a really cool and unique character story to revolve around instead of crybaby Deku whining about something every episode. Thanks for coming to my TED talk :triumph_emoji:
