Ok two things.

1.) if we have a tag for twin tails can we also have a tag for hime cuts?

It's not Comipo. I have that and this is MUCH better. I think it was made by Illusion but again, I'm not sure.

Yeah, it seems like he combined Comipo with Photoshop and something else. (Also means that pendulum is not apart of whatever game that is.... drat)

Liking this artist or w/e you call 3d program users. Should there be a tag for illusions? Never been my cup of tea but it seems fairly common (and I do like it here.)

Yes. From his tags, confirmed by character designs, he's also using <<www.dlsite.com/pro/work/=/product_id/VJ007989/?unique_op=af|this>> program from Illusion for the characters. They're predesigned characters from that game.
