Out of that group I'd save Rias for last. As for the rest... Perhaps she spreads her influence further afield, and goes for Irina next? Seeing an angel fall under her influence would be pretty fun. After that, perhaps Raviel, Rossweise, Koneko and Asia with - as said before - Rias last. Does that order work for you?

True, but I try to keep her going after the girls in High School DxD. Although, I'm starting to have second thoughts on that and just have Morrigan go after any girl.

They don't have to be from Issei's harem. In fact, Serafall was Morrigan's first prey since I love seeing my favorite devil being subdue by a kiss. ^^
That's the plan with Rias being the last girl that Morrigan will face. As for your option, I know which girl to pick next, but will keep it a surprise.

This is just a personal thing, but I would also love to see Morrigan seduce Issei and enslave him, too. It would make sense since not only is Morrigan a confirmed bisexual, Issei's lust has been used against him, canonically. Maybe Morrigan could use some magic to genderbend him, too? Just to give some ideas. ;)
I know Issei's lust has been used against him. But it can be used in his favor like when Azazel told Issei that Rias' breasts will shrink in half during his fight with Vali. Just the thought of it made him go nuts and gave Vali a beatdown. XD
Honestly, I'm not a fan of genderbend. But thanks for the idea, I'm sure someone will make a commission with that idea. Although, I'm tempted to do a genderbend Gasper since in the novel he was blasted by Azazel's Gender-Swap Ray, but he still looked the same. He just lost something important. XD

Yeah, but it really did almost defeat him in a certain raiding game in the most recent season. So I say it's plausible a natural seductress like Morrigan could outdo him. Anyway, it wasn't a request or anything. Just offering an idea, was all. :)
