I think what they meant is that there's not much in terms of height difference and the like. Mahiru is actually pretty small when it comes to height, 160cm compared to Big Hiyoko's 168cm. Plus the chest size between the three is simular despite the fact thay Mahiru has pretty small chest, espically compared to some of the other girls. At least from what I remember.
