A commission done by the talented vlk1993, who went along with my ridiculous requests to end up creating this nicely detailed pic. Beecham (hugely underused character from Metal Slug Attack, chock-full of underused characters) is ambushed and taken over by icky squicky alien parasites who have plans for her fellow soldiers.

Now, technically speaking the alien itself is based on a Metroid - that said, it's got some differences, its fellow headcrabs don't really look like Metroids themselves, and the pic isn't intended to be set in the Metroid universe, so I didn't tag "metroid".
Mods or whoever can feel free to correct if it's appropriate, though.
