From what I recall of the previews of Beyond Rubies (curse my stinginess. This one actually looks worth putting a little scratch down for), Julie is the protagonist, or was at one point or something. Likely this is her in costume as Frankenstein's Bride

If I have one complaint for HMB and the Beyond Rubies series, it's that he let the character's "enhancements" get a little out of hand. This honestly isn't too far off from how the character appears in the comic. I personally think the characters looked better without the giant yugioh hair.
