If I had to venture a guess, I would say it's the idea of these girls being corrupted to enjoy something they would normally find repulsive. These girls minds, souls, or what have you is tampered with until such time that they become aroused by someone that only an hour earlier they might have found to be unattractive or worse yet corrupts them until they themselves are unattractive. These are the ideas that artists like alice.blood or Kyouan have used for their work. Don't worry though, you're not alone.
