I would recommend slowing down the switching a fair bit. You really have to rush through the paragraphs to even have a chance of catching what they're saying before they alternate. Otherwise, good job!

Same. Stroke has a very similar style and I love it! I'm actually in the market to RP such a scenario if anyone's interested.
As for the switching text, the idea's interesting and I love manips that play around with the medium but feels a bit disconnected from the narrative. It feels like it would fit better in a manip about subliminal messages, or maybe parallel dimensions. Something with a sense of two sets of things being spoken at once.
