Is that some kind of shyguy hypnosis or something?
Context: This is the manga introduction of White Feathered Mask as in Tenkuu Shinpan the Masks are code encrypted masks that 'hack' into the wearer's brain and initiate commands. The one she's wearing is a smiling mask which controls her every movement/thought/action. Most times the people under the mask are aware but sometimes they're under full mind control (i.e. White Feather, Dealer Mask, Maid Mask and Yayoi). The wiki, manga or anime explains it best to be honest.

Well yeah, I feel like the picture with the mask without context don't say too much. I understand she's being brainwashed because of the description, but is there stuff of her without the mask? Or something showing her personality change?

No. Yayoi is under full mind control until episode 11 when she remembers her son. But basically the mask refuses to let you go back to normal. No matter the cost. So no she isn't aware that she's being controlled until episode 12 when she realizes its the mask that won't make her remember so she runs away. However as for White Feather there are images of her face in the anime and manga and she does have a personality change on the phone call with her master (White feather has the same master as Yayoi) however no before or after... The masks and they're lore can really be best described on the Wiki here: tenkuu-shinpan.fandom.com/wiki/Masks.

And yep you're right. The only before and after mind controlled characters on the anime and manga are: Yuri Honjo, Mayuko, Sniper Mask and Yayoi Kuskabe...
