This scene just brings to light how stupid this particular villain of WoW is. Has the ability to instantly brainwash three of his most powerful foes simultaneously with but a word and a wave of his hand.

How is The Jailer not the supreme leader of Azeroth an hour after this raid's conclusion? And how is he going to be defeated like all the rest before him?

But yes. Hypnotized Jaina very hot. If it had just been her, like if Zovaal's domination magic was reduced to one person at a time, they could have actually told a pretty good story to bring Arthas back to save her (because you know Arthas is coming back at some point this expansion.). But after this ridiculous display of power, the Jailer just lets her and the others go like an idiot.

Silly writing is just the tip of the iceberg with WoW's problems and why I left many years ago.

I can't enjoy the visuals because the context is so infuriatingly stupid, the capstone of many, many other stupid story decisions ever since the current crop of writers took over story direction. That said, there's not nearly enough Jaina on this site.

I've been asking myself the same thing, so I'm at least curious as to how the writers are gonna resolve that.

Yeah as much as I love to see more Jaina hypno, this just proves we literally can't win without making the power difference between The Jailor and us meaningless. Yes we beat Argus, yes we killed Nzoth, but both times we had direct help from the titans and even then Argus instakilled the heroes and Nzoth mind controlled everyone just before the deus ex machina laser killed him. God the current WoW story just makes me feel sad. Goddamn you Danuser for ruining the story with your undead fetish.

With all this shitshow about the state of WoW and their story. I got interested to find out what was happening on this scene and learned about Domination Magic.

So, at least there is something to use in future works.

There's sooooooo much room for hypnoworks in WoW, our library barely scratches the surface. Kyrian and Venthyr MC alone could have dozens each. It's honestly a shame.

Perhaps Sylvanas will conveniently be immune to it if Zovaal ever remembers that he has this power and tries to use it again. I question whether the writers will actually remember or if they just threw in mass hypnosis as a power simply for spectacle's sake without actually thinking about what it entails. They're obviously writing by the seat of their pants without actually taking the time to plan anything.
