If this Kanji Tatsumi is the one I think he is, then this image needs the "Persona_4" tag as well, since Kanji is not in 3, but 4

Typo of mine, corrected it. Mixed up Kanji with Akihiko because it's been a few years since I last played Persona 3.

Yes this is the Lovers Shadow Event. The Lovers Shadow waits til you beat the Heirophant shadow in a love hotel, then knocks you out and hypnotizes you, putting you in an illusion. Un/Fortunately you break out of it before having sex with Yukari/Male of choice (For Male and Female MC's respectively). And yes, you can bring Akihiko and Mitsuru along, and they will be in another room and not want to talk about it
