Found these pages in a twitter account that posts screenshots of mind control scenes in media. Apparently this is from a one volume manga titled "SEXPY WOOマン" by Shotaro Ishinomori, a prolific manga artist who created Cyborg 009, the Kamen Rider series and the Super Sentai series, among others. He also did the zelda LttP comic that ran on Nintendo Power back when the game released.
