This looks so cute and wholesome. Nursing handjobs are very rare on the Hub to be frank.

Edit: To the flagger who didn't check Nyuu's post of this image it has the Hypnosis tag for a reason. Actually about 90% of all his work is Hypnosis. Not to mention this isn't the first Shizuku Oikawa image he's done by the way.

In the flagger's defense, this really doesn't look like hypno out of context.

The girl's eye has an eye sparkle top left, but looking at the shadows on the wall and bed, the light source is clearly coming from the right. There's also the context of nurses not ever giving handjobs with their tits out as a medical procedure.

The combination of these things confirms hypnosis for me.
