...In order for this to count as 'hypnotised hypnotist' there has to be a hypnotist 'in play'. There isn't here. We have a servant killing another servant. Unless Cammy actually got possessed by Bison as was his initial plan, and jumped again to Chun?

Chun Li was brainwashed into being a killer bee. She recaptured Cammy and used the Psycho power Bison infuses into all of them to reassert the programming originally forced into her head. Which is what this picture tells me.
