Collette? I was debating whether this might be Nanoha takamachi (from the necklace. Hair color matches too).

Kaiba usually doesn't go in for over-obscure characters, so now i'm curious.

So I think i finally found out who this character is. She is an OC created by someone named AstrielAngelum

I didn't look that thoroughly but collette here was featured in only one story, "Those Pretty Christmas Lights": astrielangelum.deviantart...3AAstrielAngelum&qo=1
it was a pretty good read.

So she is an OC. Wow. What a totally out of left field character choice. Although, it really makes a lot more sense for a random OC to be there than any of the other characters. Maybe I'm looking at it backwards. Oh, dA hypno-commissioners, you silly.
