I had this idea of using Espurr to hypnotized people to make them have the same expression as Espurr. But since Espurr can’t learn hypnosis, I decided to work around that by giving Hypno’s pendulum to Espurr.

Thanks. I was originally going to have Espurr use psychic to lift the pendulum and swinging it, but I thought giving Espurr a fishing rod would be funny and cute. <3
