Untrue, according to my folders. "She's" been commissioned as male, female, and herm before. Herm does seem to be the default though, I agree. Not that it matters as far as tagging's concerned (here, anyways.)

By "hir" creator's intent, Artica is originally and primarily a herm--but as the above user mentioned, the character has been variously commissioned over the years as all sorts of genders. By her signature piercings and body markings, the character in this image is clearly supposed to be a fully-female rendition of Artica Sparkle.
