I though the kid was sad because they were turned into dolls (in the Christmas story), is he okay with it now? and since when?

If I recall correctly, Shouta was apprehensive about the hypnosis at first but near or at the end of the Christmas story, some corner of his heart started to be excited about it, hinting that he would eventually embrace it the more he explored it. I hope so! Because there's so much to explore with it. Can't wait for more adventures involving these three!
