I'm usually not posting that much furry stuff, but if there is one thing I like it's female dragons (actual ones, and not some weak anthro imitation) domming lesser races, ESPECIALLY with hypnosis. And this art is just maximum HNNNNNG UwU.

There needs to be way more like this but sadly there's only like five pieces of dragoness femdom hypnosis art total.

The collar is part of the dragoness' character design, the hypnosis is originating from her eyes.
