Google translate on artist's name + crosschecking with other names on the artist's pixiv page (such as twitter handles and the like) + Danbooru search is the solution to all.

Google Translate seems to think the copyright is "Big Adventure! Yukeyuke ☆ Nagawari Island", but I can't get any hits on that or the transliterated name.
