Great, now all I see is the girl going 'HUEHUEHUE' and the dragon going like 'WTF WTF' and trying to get away but can't.

Zsisron, the commissioner, wrote a short story to go with this:

The lamias of the bordering desert region to Ormrheim were the mischievous sort whose pride came from having enthralled servants or slaves which they could parade around pridefully. Many held that it was a sign of power and superiority to their fellow lamias and nagas... though it was generally frowned upon to dominate their own kind. Even so, the same cultural standards of a matriarchal society were taken from the neighbouring region.

To the lamias of the Rosan desert, the stronger and mightier the subject... the greater the respect garnered from mentally dominating them. Usually this would come in the form of various humanoids... elves, orcs, wolfmen, catmen, lizardmen, humans, dwarves, gnomes, halflings, and on occasion bugbears, ogres, trolls, and scorpionmen. On the rare occasion a clever or at least reckless lamia would attempt to dominate one of the blue dragons that attempted to stake out territory in the desert. Enthralling one of those into being an eager servant usually secured a high social position for the lamia in question.

Sahar was one such foolhardy lamia. One that was able to enthrall a local blue adult male named Kaliodsar. Having initially lowered the dragon's guard by acting subservient and offering tribute of gold and camels to eat she was able to ensnare him with her gaze and gentle hissing. Now, she feels along his form with her coils... enjoying the thrill of having dominated such a mighty being.
