GDI I found another larger/better quality image after I manipped again. I guess the bright side is that it's easier to manip since it's crappier quality... meh.

I've actually been curious about the backgrounds for some time now. Do you draw them yourself somehow, or find them from somewhere on the net?

You mean the spiral? It's a photoshop effect. Filter -> Render -> Clouds. It'll use the 2 colors you currently have selected. Then you Filter -> Distort -> Twirl to get that effect. This is on photoshop 7.0.

I can't draw anything for my life, so everything I do is pretty much playing with some sort of effect ><
