Can anyone confirm or deny that this is a picture from that weird "FE Gals as modern-day office gals" (Lyn in this case) trend?

I never fully understood that trend myself, but that's apparently a thing.

Deny.

I don't know her name (it's always in kanji and I can't read Japanese), but I know where she's from: Anesutory's RPGMaker games. They're centered on hypno, timestop, and petrification.

It's about a catgirl who steals souls, and gains new powers. The soulless victims are left catatonic and unresponsive, so she stashes them in her makeshift headquarters; she eventually can learn to imbue one of these husks with a temporary soul, animating them under her command-- to fool their former friends into letting their guard down so that their souls can be stolen too.

While he does use this model, this is actually a modelling set that lets you mix and match parts like chests, hair, and clothes. It comes with a few expressions, several poses, and some clothes and hairstyles. Anesutori uses these models a lot, but they also get used a bunch in other free RPG Maker games.
