Haven't spoke any French in a while but I think the more natural thing would be "O-Oui! Plus, oui!" Doubt anyone cares though, the intention is clear.

Actually, both "Oui, plus!" and "Plus, oui!" would work. At least they both are gramatically correct.

I'm so used to seeing this kind of stuff in English that it feels weird seeing it in French... (Yes I'm French if you wondered.)

Ah, it just seemed like plus might be modifying oui or something to that effect without a comma in there.

Just for translation "Plus" mean "More" effectively. So the translation would be "Y-Yes! Yes, more!" litteraly.
