Okay, but where's the actual MC? I see the framework for it, but it doesn't appear to be implied or explicitly stated. I would assume the host's behavior or attitude changes to the desires of the parasite; or is it just body control?

Body control counts anyway...

This basically seems to be implied to be the equivalent of possession, but physically via a parasite.
