There are some things in Nerima that are just wrong to see. Ranma petting a cat, Akane being kind to Ranma, Ryouga correctly following directions to get somewhere, Nabiki donating to charity, Kasumi being actively cruel and/or malicious, Kuno respecting women or just giving up on dating them.

Unfortunately, outside of a direct conflict, the intelligence of the average Nerima resident is equal to Moose’s eyesight, approximately nothing. Excited to see the next chapter when it comes out

Akane suddenly being interested in cheerleading and overly cheerful: Perfectly normal, probably just overreacting.

Akane being nice to Ranma: Clearly something has gone horribly awry!
